-21%2B8%3C=3x%3C=-7%2B8 Add 8 to all sides.


-13%3C=3x%3C=-7%2B8 Combine like terms on the left side.


-13%3C=3x%3C=1 Combine like terms on the right side.


-13%2F3%3C=x%3C=1%2F3 Divide all sides by 3 to isolate x.


So our answer is -13%2F3%3C=x%3C=1%2F3
