FOR LINES TO BE PARALLEL ,THIR SLOPES SHOULD BE SAME.THAT IS WRITTEN IN STANDARD FORM OF
Y=MX+C.....M = SLOPE .. SHOULD BE SAME FOR BOTH LINES.
HERE IT IS TRUE FOR I AND IV LINES ,BOTH OF WHICH HAVE M=-4.HENCE THEY ARE THE PARALLEL LINES
