You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Put the equation:
3x-2y-6=0 into y=mx+b form:
3x-2y=6
-2y=6-3x
y=3x%2F2-3
The perpendicular slope is m=-2%2F3
For the second equation the x-inte is:
8x-(0)=4
x=1%2F2
The intreval is
Find the equation in y=mx+b form:
in y=mx+b, m=-2%2F3 y=0, x=1%2F2
0=%28-2%2F3%29%281%2F2%29%2Bb
b=1%2F3
Hence, the equation is y=-2x%2F3%2B1%2F3
