-x=5y-3.
This equation is the same as x%2B5y+=+3, or x%2F3+%2B+y%2F%283%2F5%29+=+1 (after division by 3), or x%2F3+%2B+y%2F0.6+=+1. This is already in intercept form, and so the x-intercept is (3,0), and the y-intercept, (0,0.6). Just draw a straight line through these points.
