*Note: If these lines are to be parallel, they must have same slope
2x-7y=4.
7y = 2x - 4
y = (2/7)x - 4 slope (2/7)
3x +ky = 5
y = (3/k)x - (5/k)
3/k = 2/7
3 = 2/7 * k
3*(7/2) = k
21/2 = k
