Question 341273: Write the equation in slope-intercept form of the line passing through the point(-3,-1) and parallel to 5x+2y=18.

OK so i tried it and it's not turning out to be the right answer i must be missing something because i did it like the other question i just asked I'm confused
i know the slope is the same it's just the b term i keep getting wrong
the slope equals (-5/2) but the teacher says that b= 17/2 I'm having problems with this part
the whole answer is y=-5/2x-17/2

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
I think the teacher made a mistake.

The equation of the line should be y=-5/2x-17/2
