You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Calculate the slope,
m=%28y2-y1%29%2F%28x2-x1%29=%28-3-1%29%2F%280-%28-2%29%29
Once you have the slope, you can use the point-slope form of a line,
y-yp=m%28x-xp%29 using either point,
y-%28-3%29=m%28x-0%29
y%2B3=mx
mx-y=3
.
.
.
If m is a fraction, multiply both sides by the denominator of the fraction.
If m is negative, multiply both sides by (-1).
