In the first place, what you have written is not an equation. Equations have equals signs in them. This is an inequality.
In the second place, you have no indication where the absolute value bars go. Shift-Backslash makes a very nice absolute value bar -- use it.
In the third place, what about it? What do you want to do with it? What don't you understand about it? What have you tried to do with it so far?
