3y=-2x%2B5
y=%28-2%2F3%29x%2B%285%2F3%29
so the slope = down 2 right 3
the y-intercept is at point (0,%285%2F3%29)
plot the y-intercept
from that dot go down 2 which is same as %285%2F3%29-2=%28-1%2F3%29
then right 3 from %28-1%2F3%29
which is %28-1%2F3%29%2B3=%288%2F3%29
