Question 277310: how to show the graph of y=-4x thanks

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
y = -4x
.
We know it is a straight line because there are no exponents.
To draw a straight line, you only need two points.
.
So, pick a couple of values of 'x' and compute the values of 'y'
for example...
x = 2, y = -8
x = -2, y = 8
.
The two point are thus: (2,-8), (-2, 8)
Plot them and draw the line.
