You are being asked to make y+-+5+=+5%2A%28x+-+3%29
look like y+=+mx+%2B+b

First, add 5 to both sides of the equation
y+-+5+%2B+5+=+5%2A%28x+-+3%29+%2B+5
y+=+5%2A%28x+-+3%29+%2B+5
y+=+5x+-+15+%2B+5
y+=+5x+-+10
This is now in the slope-intercept form, where
m+=+5 and b+=+-10
