can be translated as
y+=+kx
now we have a coordinate (x1,y1) and can substitute this in to ket k. We get
y1+=+x1%2Ak
Now, k can be expressed as
k+=+y1%2Fx1
this was given to us as 13.
We have a new equation whit our k value as
y+=+13x
it turns out that the ratio of y2 to x2 will be
y2+=+13x2
which is
y2%2Fx2+=+13
so any (x,y) coordinate will have a common ratio of 13.
