You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Given: X+-+5Y+=+5
--------------
You need to get Y by itself.
Start by Adding 5Y to both sides
X+=+5+%2B+5Y
Subtract 5 from both sides
X+-+5++=+5Y
Divide both sides by 5
%28X+-+5%29%2F5%29+=+Y
Now graph the equation

There is no "need" to isolate y.
Some people find it convenient.
but just let x=0 and solve for y
x-5y=5
0-5y=5
y=-1
(0,-1)
and let y=0 and solve for x
x-5y=5
y=0
x=5
(5,0)
Plot those two points
and connect with a straight line
