You can put this solution on YOUR website!
3x-11y=9 multply by 3 & add.
-9x+33y=18
9x-33y=27
-------------------
0x+0y=45
3x-11y=9
-11y=-3x=9
These two lines are parallel line.
Thus there is no solution for x & y.
y=-3x/-11+8/-11
y=3x/11-8/11 (red line)
-9x+33y=18
33y=9x+18
y=9x/33+18/33 (green line)
