-4y=7x+25
y=-7x/4+25/-4
y=-7x/4-25/4 slope=-7/4.
A perpendicular line will have a slope = to the negative inverse or 4/7
-8=4/7*1+b
-8=4/7+b
b=-8-4/7
b=-56/7-4/7
b=-60/7 the y intercept.
y=4x/7-60/7
