2x+3y=15
3y=-2x+15
y=-2x/3+15/3
y=-2x/3+5 (red line) slope=-2/3.
A perpendicular line will have a slope=3/2.
1=3/2*0+b
1=b the y intercept.
Y=3X/2+1 (green line).
