You can put this solution on YOUR website!
what are the points for x and y if you are graphing the equation x-4y=2
--------------
Put into slope-intercept form:
4y = x-2
y = (1/4)x - (1/2)
-----------------
Let x = 0, then y = -1/2 giving you point (0,-1/2)
Let x = 4, then y = 1/2 giviing you point (4,1/2)
-------------------
Plot the points and draw a line thru them.
