thru [11,-3] with a slope(m)=-3
-3=-3*11/5+b
-3=-33/5+b
b=-3+33/5
b=(-3*5+33)/5
b=(-15+33)/5
b=18/5
b=18/5 ans. for the y intercept.
y=-3x/5+18/5 (red line)
