it could be two lines that are parallel
:
y=5x+7 and y=5x-4

or the parabola y=x%5E2 and any horizontal line below the x axis such as

y=-2
red and green lines are the parallel lines

So what is your question? What about two equations with graphs that never intersect? You really do need to specify what it is you want.
