You can put this solution on YOUR website!
You need to begin with the point-slope form of a line. The equation of a line with slope m passing through (x%5B1%5D,y%5B1%5D) is:

y-y%5B1%5D=m%28x-x%5B1%5D%29

You are given: m=10 and (x%5B1%5D,y%5B1%5D)=(6,2), so just substitute:

y-2=10%28x-6%29

So far, so good, but you need the equation in standard form, i.e. ax%2Bby=c

Distribute the 10:
y-2=10x-60

Add -10x to both sides:
-10x%2By-2=-60

Add 2 to both sides:
-10x%2By=-58

Then, just because it looks nicer, multiply both sides by -1:
10x-y=58

Now go relax with a cup of tea, you deserve it.
