well the answer to the 1st two blanks are change-in-y over the change-in-x
I believe that you mis copied the next part and it should be the "first of these and not the "second of these". based on that assumption of mine, the blank should read "by finding the y-values. pay careful attention to the order of the difference
likewise on the last part it should read "finding the difference of the x-values. again pay close attention to the order of the difference
