slope - -%281%2Fm%29. The line you want the equation for
is perpendicular to y+=+8, which is a horizontal line
intersecting the y-axis at (0,8). A horizontal line has
slope = 0, so the perpendicular has slope -%281%2F0%29
which is a vertical line through x+=+-7
This is the equation. It is not a function of y
since y should only have 1 value for each value
of x. On a vertical line, y will have an
infinite number of values for a single x
