You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Q1. write the equation of the line containing (-3,2) and (-6,-4)?
Q2. write the equation of the line with slope of -1/4 and contains the point (4,-3)?
Q3. write the equation of the line that contains (2,7) and is parallel to the line y=2x-1?

I'll do similar problems.
------
Q1. write the equation of the line containing (3,-4) and (-6,-1)
Step 1, find the slope, m
m = diffy/diffx = (-1-(-4))/(-6-3) = 3/-9 = -1/3
Step 2, use y-y1 = m*(x-x1) where (x1,y1) is either point.
y -(-4) = (-1/3)*(x -3)
y%2B4+=+-x%2F3+%2B+1
y+=+-x%2F3+-+3
PS It's an equation for the line, not THE equation

Q2. write the equation of the line with slope of -1/4 and contains the point (4,-3)?
Use y-y1 = m*(x-x1) as done in Q1

Q3. write the equation of the line that contains (2,7) and is parallel to the line y=2x-1?
The slope of the line is 2
Parallel lines have same slope.
Use y-y1 = m*(x-x1) again.

This is basic. If you don't become good at these, things will get a lot worse soon.
