y = 3x + b
-1 = 3(4) + b, b = -13
y = 3x - 13 is the equation of the line in slope-intercept form
b. perpendicular to y=3x-4 | perpendicular line: m = -1/3
with the same y-intercept as -x+5y=10 0r
y = mx + b
y = (-1/3)x + 2 is the equation of the line in slope-intercept form
