x%2By%3E=2 Or is it x%2By%3E-2 ?

Either way, it is an inequality.
Take for example, x%2By%3E=10.
x plus y is greater than or equal to ten.
y%3E=-x%2B10
This is all points in the coordinate plane ABOVE AND INCLUDING the line y=-x+10.
