In slope y intercept form (y=mx%2Bb) 2/3 would need to be substituted into the m.
Meaning the equation has to be y=%282%2F3%29x%2Bb
B can be any value.

For m=2%2F3+
y=%282%2F3%29x%2Bc...both sides multiply by 3
3y=2x%2B3c
2x-3y%2B3c=0
Now , you can place any value in c
For example , for c=+0
2x-3y%2B3%2A0=0
2x-3y=0 is an equation with slope 2%2F3
