You can put this solution on YOUR website!
It can be x=-2y+10, if one wants to solve for x, by subtracting 2y from each side.
or 2y=-x+10
y=-(1/2)x+5, if one wants to solve for y, by first moving x to the other side, then dividing both sides by 2.
