Maybe you need to fully write the words, Point-Slope form (PS)
and Slope-Intercept form (SI), just in case people don't understand your abbreviations right away.
You show no clear question. You only show an equation for a line, already IN slope-intercept form. and a point (-1,3). What about it? What do you want? This point IS NOT ON THE GIVEN LINE.
