Assuming tire change and oil change do not take place at the same time, the time spent doing x tire changes and y oil changes is x*15 + y*10 <= 120

    Assuming tire change and oil change do not take place at the same time, the time spent doing x tire changes 

    and y oil changes is x*15 + y*20 <= 120.
