Transformation  f(x)  ---->   f(x-10)  shifts the plot of f(x) 10 units to the right.

The graph is shifted to the right by 10 units. In this case, the red is the graph of f(x)=ln (x) and the blue is the graph of f(x)=ln(x-10).
