Multiplying by 3,
3.6x=36%2B3y
I'll call this equation 3.
Multiplying eq. 1 by 2 you get,

Substituting from eq. 3,
36%2B3y%2B14y=-66
17y=-102
Solve for y and then use any of the equations to solve for x.
