Say you are on this line. You move along the line and
all you see is +x=3+, so no matter what +y+ is,
you only see one value of +x+.

The only line that satisfies this is a vertical line through
the point ( 3,0 )
All the other points are ( 3,y ) where +y+ could be anything
like even 11.00040371999 or +pi+
