You can put this solution on YOUR website!
x+y >= 5
how to set up the x and y tables what points can i use
how to graph it and how to shade it
================
It's a straight line, so you need 2 points.
First graph x+y = 5, not >=
Pick any 2 values for x and find y, or vice versa.
Pick x = 0, --> y = 5 --> plot the point (0,5)
---
Pick y = 0, --> x = 5 --> plot the point (5,0)
Draw a line thru the 2 points.
That's x+y = 5
-----
The area above and to the right is > greater than.
It's shaded, and the line is included.
