Question 1006848: How to find the intercepts for this equation 6x=y+12 for intercept because I came up with two other solutions for the other equation of 12x-2y=24; that I solved for solutions (0,12)and (3,0).
Am I correct for using zero to solve second one for x and y?
How do I go about the first one. The second sets are a straight line on zero axis x

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Set y=0 and solve for x;
set x=0 and solve for y.

(2,0) and (0,-12) are the intercepts.
