ax%2Bby=c where a%3C%3E0 and b%3C%3E0
you are given:
y-1=+%285%2F6%29%28x-4%29.........both sides multiply by 6
6y-6=+6%285%2F6%29%28x-4%29
6y-6=+cross%286%29%285%2Fcross%286%291%29%28x-4%29
6y-6=+5%28x-4%29
6y-6=+5x-20
6y-5x=+6-20
6y-5x=+-14 to have it with a positive x coefficient, both sides multiply by -1
%28-1%296y-5%28-1%29x=+-14%28-1%29
-6y%2B5x=+14
5x-6y=+14
