Since  is not represented in the equation, the value of the coordinate can be anything you want it to be, and no matter what value you choose for ,  will always take on the indicated value, in this case  , so a point on this line is (anything you like, -5)
The slope of such a line is found by using the slope formula:

And no matter what values you choose for  and  (so long as  ), the value of the slope is 0.
For the visual learner, this is a horizontal line.
