There are infinite equations that have graphs that pass through the given points. If you have a list of equations to chose from, then replace the independent variable in each of the equations with the first number of each of the given ordered pairs, one at a time. Do the indicated arithmetic. If the value of the dependent variable is equal to the second value in the ordered pair in both cases, then the graph passes through the points.
