Same as problem # 1045494, just different center coordinates.
You must do this on your own especially since whatever methods/concepts you need are outlined in problem # 1045494. Don't you think you need to make an effort?
By the way, sqrt%2834%29 as the radius is incorrect. Whatever you do, IGNORE that solution, if you can call it that!
Also, you DEFINITELY DO NOT NEED to find the equation of the line of the chord. It's TOTALLY UNNECESSARY!
