Let's take, width = x meter
then length = 2x meter
perimeter = 246 meters
==> ++2%28+2x%2B+x%29++=+246
==> ++%282%28+2x%2B+x%29%29%2F2++=+246%2F2
==> ++++2x%2B+x+++=+123+
==> ++++3x+++=+123+
==> ++++3x%2F3++=+123%2F3+

==> +++++x+++=++41+
==> width+=+41+meters
so length+=+2+x++41++=+82+meters
