There is no fraction answer. The only answer to this is FALSE. 2 is a very different number from -4/3, so saying that they are equal is absurd. Now if there was supposed to be a variable in there somewhere, it would have been very nice -- no, more than very nice, let's say absolutely essential that you share it with us. This is Algebra.com.
