You can put this solution on YOUR website!
i assume you mean +f%28x%29=%28x%2B3%29%5E2+-2+?

If so, then we have +y=%28x%2B3%29%5E2+-2+
+y%2B2=%28x%2B3%29%5E2+
+sqrt%28y%2B2%29=x%2B3+
+sqrt%28y%2B2%29+-+3+=+x+

so, f(y) = +sqrt%28y%2B2%29-3
or, since this is the inverse function, we can write it as f%5E%28-1%29%28x%29+=+sqrt%28x%2B2%29-3, in terms of x --> we always tend to quote equations in terms of x.
