Instead of moving H first combine like terms and then solve for H
1. 64+=+70-.003H
2. 64-70+=+70-.003H-70
3. -6+=+.003H
4. %28-6%29%2F.003+=+%28.003H%29%2F.003
5. -2000+=+H
