You can put this solution on YOUR website!
am unsure how to work this problem to solve it.

1%2F%28t-5%29+%3C+3%2F%28t%2B5%29 multiply both sides by (t-5)(t+5) to get rid of fractions

%281%28t-5%29%28t%2B5%29%29%2F%28t-5%29%3C%283%28t-5%29%28t%2B5%29%29%2F%28t%2B5%29 simplify
%28t%2B5%29%3C3%28t-5%29 get rid of parens
t%2B5%3C3t-15 subtract 5 and also 3t from both sides
t%2B5-5-3t%3C3t-3t-15-5 collect like terms
-2t%3C-20 divide both sides by -2 (remember the inequality sign will reverse)
t%3E10
