You can put this solution on YOUR website! x>5 means x is larger then 5 but is not equal to 5. the other one means x is more then or equal to 5. so the solution sets differ by the inclusion or not of 5.
if you put x=7 into the inequality, you get 14+5 < 19 which is not true, so x+ 7 is NOT a solution.
