You have the answer right. If you plug in any number greater than that you will satisfy the inequality.
+7x-5%3Ex%2B17+Lets pick x=4 (which is greater than 3.6666)
+7%284%29-5%3E4%2B17+
+28-5%3E21+
+23%3E21+Which is true. I hope that makes a little more sense.
