please show me every step.I can't seem to factor out the equation I have only gotten as far as 16x%5E2+-80x%2B25=0 then I got %2816-5%29%281-5%29 I have tried all kind of combinations but I just can not ge this to factor. HELP!

+4x-8+sqrt%28+x+%29-5=0+   || Let y+=+sqrt%28x%29

   4y^2 - 8y - 5 = 0

  (2y - 5)(2y + 1) = 0

  y = 5/2  or y = -1/2   Tossing out y = -1/2 as being an extraneous root

 y = 5/2 and x+=+25%2F4+=+6.25
