Combining like terms on the left side yields 5x%2F2%3E=5x%2F7-6. Subtracting 5x%2F7 from both sides produces 5x%2F2-5x%2F7%3E=-6. Now we multiply both sides by 14 to eliminate our fractions on the left side and we have: 7%2A5x-2%2A5x%3E=-6%2A14, which simplifies to 35x-10x%3E=-84. Now we combine like terms to get 25x%3E=-84. Now divide both sides by 25 to get x%3E=-84%2F25
