Note that polynomials are continuous everywhere, so

lim%28x-%3Ec%2C+f%28x%29%29+=+f%28c%29

Here, lim%28x-%3E3%2C+2x%5E2+-+9x+%2B+2%29+=+2%283%5E2%29+-+9%283%29+%2B+2+=+-7.

It appears there was some discrepancy about whether it was 3 or -7, hence your message...unless you typoed in the problem, I'm positive the limit is -7. Even Wolfram Alpha says it's -7.
