You don't. It is impossible to solve an equation if you don't have an equation in the first place. However, you can determine the solution set for your inequality.

Add to both sides.

Multiply both sides by but remember to reverse the sense of the inequality because you multiplied by a negative number.

If you did these steps correctly, you should have by itself in the LHS, a "<" sign, and then a positive integer in the RHS.
