You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Do you mean %28x-y%29%2F2++=++%28x%2By%29%2F4?

If so, then multiply both sides by 4 to clear the fractions:
4%2A%28%28x-y%29%2F2%29+=+4%2A%28%28x%2By%29%2F4%29+
2%28x-y%29+=+x%2By
2x-2y+=+x%2By

Subtract x from both sides:
x+-2y+=+y

Add +2y to each side:
x+=+3y

Divide both sides by 3:
y+=+%281%2F3%29%2Ax
